He traveled cross-country by train, booked a room inside the same hotel, bypassed security through an interior stairwell, and charged directly toward the ballroom where the President of the United States was seated. This level of premeditation is not just a criminal matter; it is a national security threat.

FBI Director Kash Patel has made clear that the investigation is moving fast. Weapons, shell casings, and ballistics have already been transported to Quantico Laboratories for analysis. Dozens of interviews have been conducted. Investigators know exactly how Allen entered the building, how he moved through security undetected, and when he arrived. A criminal complaint is imminent.
