Like many, Cleveland State University students decided to recognize the 16th anniversary of the 9/11 terror attack.
The students, members of the Turning Point group, created a chalk memorial on the sidewalk of a public university. Unfortunately, this was a short-lived tribute that was quickly erased. The Director of Facilities Maintenance at Cleveland State University, Shehadeh Abdelkarim, ordered to get it removed with a power washer.
There is no excuse for removing the chalk memorial!
We stand with students of the Turning Point group for honoring the victims of the 9/11 attacks but we need your help support the s their freedom of speech, and the victims of the 9/11 terror attacks.
